A few things to note...

OUR OPERATIONAL HOURS ARE BETWEEN 12-5PM

TAXIS  Please ensure you pre-book return taxis as they can be difficult to secure at the best of times (our operational hours are between 12-5pm) – see list of local taxi firms.

CANCELLATIONS   Any changes or cancellations must be given in writing via email with 24 hours notice. We are unable to make changes to your booking over the phone. In the event of cancellation, reservations are non refundable. However, with 24 hours notice we can reschedule your booking once within 3 months or you can use the deposit you have paid in store or online.

CHALLENGE 25 POLICY   We operate a challenge 25 policy whereby we may ask to see proof of age if you are purchasing/consuming alcohol and are lucky enough to look younger than 25, with this in mind, please ensure you bring with you a valid proof of ID which states you are above the legal drinking age (in the form of a passport or photo driving licence)

CHILDREN   Children are welcome to join you on your visit and politely ask that they are supervised by an adult at all times in the interest of their safety, highchairs can be provided upon request.

DOGS   Well behaved dogs are welcome to join you on your visit. Please come prepared with all the necessaries to clean up after them and ensure they are kept on a lead at all times.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION   You will receive two automated emails confirming your booking & payment which should be kept for reference, so please ensure you enter a valid email address and always check your junk inbox.
