CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Any changes to your existing booking must be given in writing via email with 2 weeks notice. We are unable to make changes to your booking over the phone. In the event of cancellation, reservations are non refundable. However, with 2 weeks notice we can reschedule your booking once within 3 months.

PRIVATE GUIDED WINE TOURS

We can also accommodate for Private Guided Wine Tours for your group at a time which suits you - we charge an additional £100 for groups of 10 or more and £150 for groups of less than 10 (in addition to the £25 per person tour charge). Please note that Private Tours are fixed and non-refundable once they have been agreed and paid for. Please email us at admin@trevibbanmill.com for availability.

LUNCH BEFORE THE TOUR?

Your tour booking will secure a table for when you return however, some visitors like to arrive earlier for a spot of lunch before hand - if you’d like to reserve your table before the tour please let us know at the time of booking & at what time you intend to arrive (we suggest around 1.30pm)

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

Please confirm in advance if you have any dietary requirements or allergies either by email or at the time of booking in the 'Message' section.

SENSIBLE CLOTHING

Our tours tend to go ahead whatever the weather so we do advise that you wear sensible shoes and clothing as part of this tour is outside and may be muddy underfoot, wellies or walking shoes & a waterproof jacket are recommended. If the weather is particularly bad, we may adjust the time spent outside in the vineyard.

CHILDREN

Children under the age of 6 are welcome on the Guided tour free of charge. Children above the age of 6 will be charged £5 either on the day or you can add this to your booking and will include a bottle of our Organic Apple Juice. Lunch and soft drinks can be pre-ordered for your children before you set off on the tour and purchased on the day.

Please let us know if you intend to bring children under the age of 6 in the ‘Message’ section of the booking form to ensure enough seats are provided. Highchairs can also be provided upon request.

DOGS

Well behaved dogs are welcome to join. Please come prepared with all the necessaries to clean up after them and ensure they are kept on a lead at all times.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

You will receive two automated emails confirming your booking & payment which should be kept for reference, so please ensure you enter a valid email address and always check your junk inbox.
