Please be aware that we will be following the government guidelines around Covid-19 and the restrictions that are in place for hospitality. This may mean your booking will be outside and that you should wear necessary warm clothing, bring with you a face mask and please be respectful of our staff and other customers during your visit.
Any changes or cancellations must be given in writing via email with 36 hours notice. We are unable to make changes to your booking over the phone. In the event of cancellation, reservations are non refundable. However, with 36 hours notice we can reschedule your booking once within 3 months.
Please confirm in advance if you have any dietary requirements or allergies either by email or at the time of booking in the 'Message' section.
CHALLENGE 25 POLICY
We operate a challenge 25 policy whereby we may ask to see proof of age if you are purchasing/consuming alcohol and are lucky enough to look younger than 25, with this in mind, please ensure you bring with you a valid proof of ID which states you are above the legal drinking age (in the form of a passport or photo driving licence)
Children are welcome to join you on your visit, if you are bringing children (under 18) then please let us know how many in the 'Message' section of the Table Booking form so we can supply enough chairs. Soft drinks are on offer.
Well behaved dogs are welcome to join you on your visit. Please come prepared with all the necessaries to clean up after them and ensure they are kept on a lead at all times.
We recommend pre-booking taxis in advance, they can be difficult to secure at the best of times & we will not have the capacity to arrange taxis for you – see list of local taxi firms.
You will receive two automated emails confirming your booking & payment which should be kept for reference, so please ensure you enter a valid email address and always check your junk inbox.
Prepayments for table bookings will be deducted from your final bill.
