Description

For the winemaking process grapes are destemmed and crushed,
fermented in open top tanks at ambient temperature for 7-10 days with extra skins fermentation up to 4 weeks
Typically spends 8 months in French and American Oak barrels and partially in tank
Full malolactic fermentation in barrel and tank
