Please be aware that we will be following the government guidelines around Covid-19 and the restrictions that are in place for hospitality. This may mean your booking will be outside and that you should wear necessary warm clothing, bring with you a face mask and please be respectful of our staff and other customers during your visit.
Any changes must be given in writing via email with 4 weeks notice. We are unable to make changes to your booking over the phone. In the event of cancellation, reservations are non refundable. However, with 4 weeks notice we can reschedule your booking once within 3 months.
PRIVATE GRAND WALKING TOURS
We can also accommodate for Private Grand Walking Tours (not available June, July, August, September) for your group at a time which suits you - we charge an additional £100 for groups of 10 or more and £150 for groups of less than 10 (in addition to the £50 per person tour charge). Please confirm in advance if you have any dietary requirements or allergies either by email or at the time of booking in the 'Message' section.
Our tours tend to go ahead whatever the weather so we do advise that you wear sensible shoes and clothing as part of this tour is outside and may be muddy underfoot, wellies or walking shoes & a waterproof jacket are recommended. If the weather is particularly bad, we may adjust the time spent outside in the vineyard.
Children under the age of 12 are welcome on the Grand tour free of charge. Children above the age of 12 will be charged £10 either on the day or you can add this to your booking. Lunch and soft drinks can be pre-ordered for your children before you set off on the tour and purchased on the day.
Please let us know if you intend to bring children under the age of 12 in the ‘Message’ section of the booking form to ensure enough seats are provided. Highchairs can also be provided upon request.
Well behaved dogs are welcome to join. Please come prepared with all the necessaries to clean up after them and ensure they are kept on a lead at all times.
