Made in the traditional method and aged on lees for 18 months, this sparkling wine has green apple, lemon, sherbet and biscuit notes on the nose and palate. In the mouth, it’s fresh and zingy with attractive fine bubbles.

Analysis: Alcohol 11,5 vol.%, 7,7g/l Total Acidity and 5,3g/l Total Sugars
