Celebrations of all kind require bubbles, so start the festivities on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve with our super sophisticated Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature 2014. Great as an aperitif and with canapés.
For those who prefer their celebration drinks pink then choose our Pinot Noir Pink Sparkling Brut 2014. Newly launched for this Christmas it is fabulous with smoked salmon and canapés.
The choice for a great party wine is the popular Black Ewe Pink Sparkling, a little sweeter than our other sparklings but still Brut. It has hints of cranberry so also a good choice also with the Christmas Day turkey or on Boxing Day with the leftovers.
When we get together to cook Christmas lunch we usually sip a Gin & Tonic . We now have our own White Ewe Spirit, distilled from Trevibban Mill Cider so we will be enjoying this with ice, tonic water and some fresh & dried botanicals. It has proved popular with customers in the summer sitting out on the Winery Bar Terrace. We usually serve it with sprigs of thyme, lemon verbena and a chamomile flower.
Alternatively, if you usually choose a dry Sherry as an aperitif then our Dry Apple Liqueur is great poured over ice. There is also a Sweet Apple Liqueur.
Christmas Lunch requires something special so you could keep going with the Sparkling Wines or move on to Trevibban Mill still Wines.

Dessert: you could crack open another bottle of Pink Sparkling or try our Dessert Apple Wine, made with 100% sweet dessert apples from our orchard.
Cheese: Constantine, Harlyn, Black Ram Red or Dessert Apple Wine.
Finish off with Sweet Apple Liqueur.
